INDIVIDUAL PROGRAMMING
Individualized programs as well as meal plans can be created to ensure you meet your goals! A coach will sit and explain the program to ensure you get the most out of them. Regular check in’s will ensure you are still on track.

All the benefits of Personal Training with your best friend by your side sweating with you! Not to mention both of you save money! Various packages are available.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Nothing will get you to your personal best better than one to one training. Our coaches will create a personalized program for you and be right by your side pushing you further than you thought possible.
Fitness testing
We want you to do your best meeting your goals. We are all in this together. Our head coach is happy to offer regular skin calliper measurements and body fat calculations and use our medical scale to weigh in.
